How to Plan Your Group's Trip with Pizotes Eco Adventure Tours?

It’s simple!  And we can help. 

  1. Complete the reservation form for a group tour and submit. 
    Click here for the group reservation form.
  2. Work with Terri to confirm exact itinerary, dates, price, etc. and sign tour contract.           
  3. Market the trip to your clients, associates, or members.  Pizotes will provide marketing information, photos, and other materials to assist you. 
  4. Handle all reservations and confirmations of group travelers.  Collect deposits and payments from your travelers and make scheduled deposit and final payment to Pizotes.  (We have a bank account in the states).
    Collect and provide necessary trip details from travelers (diet restrictions, etc) and provide to Pizotes when requested.
  5. Flights Option A
    Make flight arrangements and payments for your group (recommended). Terri can suggest airline carriers, flight times, and will collect the group at the airport for transfer to the hotel.

    Flights Option B
    Or, leave that responsibility up to each traveler to arrive in Costa Rica by the tour start date. Pizotes will not be responsible for airport transfers if travelers arrive individually.Every traveler MUST be at the hotel by the tour start date. We will not hold the group up for late arrivers.
  6. At least one month before the trip, Pizotes will provide an excellent information booklet (10-14 pages), specific to the group’s trip and itinerary, via the Internet in Adobe Acrobat.
  7. Join the group or send a representative and have a wonderful trip! One complimentary tour itinerary (as described) is provided with the minimum number of paid travelers.
